We're a group of founders and employees who've been in your shoes.

We’ve done a number of transactions on the secondary markets to get liquidity and derisk our personal portfolios. We quickly learned that these transactions are complex and fraught with risk. We didn’t know what our shares were really worth. And once we were in contact with buyers, we didn’t know how to vet them and how to make sure that all the paperwork is in order and we’re not being cheated out of our hard-earned shares.

The term "secondary market" refers to all transactions in which shares in private companies are not sold by the company itself (this would be called a "primary round"), but from an existing shareholder to another party. This buyer may be an individual or an organization such as a fund or family office.

We do not sell data. Our tools and services are free to use for you as the seller. We charge the buyer a small success fee if the transaction goes through. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees.

While we track a large number of private companies, we do not monitor every startup globally. Our focus is on companies with active secondary market interest and sufficient liquidity for transactions.

Yes, together with our trusted partner law firms, we provide guidance on the legal aspects of transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, investor agreements, and relevant regulations. Our partners are highly experienced and have accompanied hundreds of secondary transactions. Note that we are not a law firm ourselves.

We handle the entire process for you while you stay in the driver’s seat and make the important decisions (e.g., how many shares to sell and at which price). From finding buyers to structuring the transaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, we manage every step. All you need to do is provide us with the necessary documentation and let us know your desired terms. We take care of the rest, including legal support and facilitating the transfer of shares.
